This law\u2014which replaces dozens of old laws\u2014requires an integrated, flexible, and participatory approach. For municipalities, developers, and initiators, this means acting more quickly, collaborating more closely, and taking on more responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>At iParcs, we don\u2019t see this development as an obstacle, but as an opportunity to develop better, faster, and more transparently. And we don\u2019t do it alone.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Collaboration with Omgevingshuis: from vision to realization<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>To guide initiators even better through this new landscape, iParcs works closely with Omgevingshuis\u2014an independent platform of experts in spatial planning, environment, and permit procedures. Thanks to this collaboration, we can approach projects in an integrated way: from the initial planning idea to zoning changes and permit issuance.<\/p>\n<p>This approach has proven essential for success in practice.
