Development of Residential Park in Haren<\/h1>\n

On behalf of a private client, iParcs is developing a new barn-style home at Hoornse Dijk 17 in Haren \u2014 one of the most beautiful locations along Lake Paterswoldsemeer.<\/p>\n

By changing the zoning from agricultural to residential, the existing barns will make way for modern barn-style homes that nod to the site's cultural heritage.<\/p>\n

Together with the historic peat worker\u2019s cottage, designated as a municipal monument, the project forms a unique and distinctive whole.<\/p>\n

The plan has currently been submitted to the municipality as a preliminary proposal. The design is being developed in collaboration with landscape architect Frans Beune and architectural firm Maas Kristinsson.<\/p>\n
