The plans are still in the concept phase, but the municipal executive has now given initial approval for the construction of nine apartments and two houses.<\/p>\n<p>The plot, located in the northern part of Workum along the Eleven Cities Route, was previously the site of a farm. This offers a unique opportunity to create a new residential destination on this historic site that fits well with the surrounding area.<\/p>\n<p>Although initial approval has been granted, the plans are still being developed further before concrete steps can be taken.
