At this stage, nothing is final. The plan is submitted as a principle request to the College of Mayor and Aldermen of the municipality. This means an initial assessment will take place to determine whether the plans are feasible within municipal policy and spatial vision. Only after approval can further development proceed.
The proposed homes will comply with the latest building regulations according to the Environmental Building Decree (Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving, Bbl) and will harmonize with the existing streetscape. Furthermore, sufficient parking and a sustainable design are taken into account to ensure the homes contribute to a future-proof living environment.
For now, we await the municipality’s response. Once there is more clarity, an update will follow regarding the next steps in the process.
