The Starters Farm can be built near a village without creating a whole new neighborhood. This makes living in rural areas affordable. The design is adapted to the environment and the village. We work on the development together with the Village Interests.
Modular homes: flexible and customized
An important idea of iParcs is modular homes. This means that houses can easily be adjusted. They can be made bigger or smaller. The houses always fit the surroundings and the regulations. There are different types of homes. We always choose the best option for the location. There can also be a mix of residents, such as young and old, buyers and renters. Each project is different. There can be a shared vegetable garden, playground or barn. Or a place to store tools for maintenance.

A new concept: iParcs Startersfarm
iParcs has come up with a smart and sustainable idea for starters. This concept is called the Starters Farm. People live on a farm here. Not only in the farmhouse, but also in barns and stables. These can be old or new buildings. The goal is to keep the farms present in the landscape. The Starters Farm looks like a regular farm. It gives starters the chance to live affordably. The residents together control the costs. By using solar and wind energy, the houses become energy-neutral. This way, residents can even drive electric cars.
