Circular construction with iParcs
The way we build has a huge impact on our living environment, both now and in the future. That’s why iParcs consciously chooses circular construction: a sustainable way of developing in which materials are reused, waste is minimized, and buildings flexibly adapt to changing needs. This fits seamlessly with our vision of creating living environments that are not only beautiful and comfortable but also future-proof and environmentally friendly. What does circular construction mean in practice?
Circular construction means much more than simply reusing materials. It starts in the design phase. Our architects and development teams think ahead: how can we build homes that can later be easily adapted, dismantled, or repurposed? By choosing modular systems and demountable structures, we extend the lifespan of materials and make reuse possible without loss of quality. In addition, we use as many bio-based and recycled building materials as possible. Think of responsibly sourced wood, circular concrete, cladding made from recycled plastics, and natural-based insulation materials. Every material is consciously chosen with an eye on sustainability, origin, and future reuse.
Less waste, more value
In traditional construction projects, a large portion of the materials eventually ends up as waste. This is not only a waste of materials but also of the energy and costs invested in them. Circular construction breaks this pattern. By closing material cycles, a more efficient building process is created with less waste, lower long-term costs, and a smaller ecological footprint.Flexible construction: moving with the times
Another important aspect of circular construction is flexibility. Homes and buildings must be able to adapt to changing housing needs, family sizes, or functions. That’s why we develop projects that can be easily modified—without major demolition work. This makes it possible to redesign, expand, or repurpose buildings without using new raw materials.A collective responsibility
At iParcs, we realize that circular construction can only succeed if all parties involved work together. From suppliers to construction partners, from municipalities to end users—everyone plays a role in creating a circular chain. We actively seek collaboration with parties that share this vision so that together we can build a sustainable future.Collaborate with iParcs?
